DESCRIPTION:\nAugust 6, 2021\n \nDear Council Members:\n \nPlease join us for the all Council meeting of the Coeur d'Alene Estate Planning Council on September 16, 2021 at MacKenzie River Pizza Co. as we review proposed changes to the association's Constitution and By-Laws and form committees in support of "Programs, Conferences, and Education" and "Membership and Publicity".\n \nThe proposed amended Constitution and By-Laws are attached. Additions are bolded and underlined for ease of read. A few minor items have been deleted, as well. These will be discussed at the meeting and set for a vote, assuming we have a quorum present. If a quorum is not present, a reschedule date for the vote will be made by those who participate on the 16th. Rescheduled meetings automatically constitute a quarum per the existing Constitution and By-Laws.\n \nThis emailing to members fulfills the 10 day prior notice requirement for amending the By-Laws.\n \nPrior to the meeting, a link for virtual participation will be sent for those who prefer that format.
