He assists family and closely-held business owners with strategic planning and preparing to transition the stewardship of their business. In addition to transition planning, Keith assists clients with value building and developing the next generation of leadership.\n \nFollowing over two decades of various management, consulting, and sales roles, Keith founded Freedom Summit Consulting LLC in 2021. He earned his Master of Science in Financial Services through The American College and completed the Executive Development Program through the University of Washington Foster School of Business. His credentials include:\n Certified Exit Planning Advisor® Certified Family Business Advisor (Galliard Family Business Advisor Institute) Certified Financial Planner™ Accredited Estate Planner® Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® \nIn 2004 Keith’s wife, Lauren, lost both of her parents in a car accident. Out of this experience Keith was compelled to help others work through major transitions, steward financial resources and plan for future life events. He authored the short book “The Life in Your Years” which addresses the importance of stewardship and legacy planning. His mission is to inspire effective stewardship through providing a trustworthy and innovative perspective that engages, encourages, and empowers others.\n \nKeith and Lauren live in Hayden, Idaho, with their two children. They enjoy being involved in various ministries and exploring the great outdoors, including mountaineering, trail running, and marksmanship.\n \n \n \n \n \nJohn Kamprath, Founder of Generational Legacies Wealth Management\n \nJohn helps clients articulate their unique goals and collaboratively creates a transformative plan for navigating their future. John seeks to discover meaning, chart purpose, and deliver value to clients and their family enterprises.\n \nPreviously, John worked with a boutique multi-family office in Jackson, Wyoming, offering bespoke family enterprise cultivation, structural financial planning, inter-entity cash flow management, investment policy formation, and asset allocation. Prior to that, John worked at UBS as a Wealth Advisor, Portfolio Manager, and Senior Retirement Plan Consultant to private clients and businesses throughout the Northwest. There he also participated on the twelve-member Retirement Plan Consulting Services Advisory Board for five years.\n \nJohn is a Certified Financial Planner™ Professional, a Certified Exit Planning Advisor™, a Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor™, and has passed level one of the Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement from the CFA Institute. He received a BA in English Literature from the University of California, Los Angeles and an MA in Theology and Christian Ministry from Franciscan University. John and his wife have eleven children and eight grandchildren. He enjoys wine collecting, powder skiing, road biking, and piano performance.\n \n \n \n \n \nDebra Mervyn, President/Principal of The Mervyn Group\n \nAs advisor and partner, Debra guides and assists clients toward solutions that advance business strategies, improve operations, and bring about transformation change.\n \nDebra’s results-oriented experience includes design engineering and product development, operations (industrial and process engineering), supply chain, manufacturing and service, and quality improvements. Her expertise includes aerospace, medical devices, manufacturing, energy, IT and more, working with small to large OEMS and contract manufacturers.\n \nDebra’s practice focuses on new product and process introduction, project management, risk management, management systems implementation and regulatory compliance. This focus includes improving existing systems. Her approach is based on a combination of process engineering and business management best practices.\n \nDebra brings over 30 years of results-oriented experience in operations, design and process engineering, manufacturing and service and quality. She has a proven track record of rapid, effective project delivery.\n \nDebra has a M.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from Columbia University, New York, New York and a B.S. in Biology from Willamette University, Salem, Oregon.\n \n \n
