May Luncheon: Sharon Morgan and Stephen Eschen - Gifts of Real Estate

According to the American Endowment Foundation, real estate comprises 43% of America's total wealth but often only accounts for 3% of charitable gifts. Appreciated real estate can provide unique opportunities to donors which other assets cannot. Join us for a presentation from Sharon Morgan and colleague Stephen Eschen outlining the advantages of gifts of real estate and discussing options for making such donations.
Sharon is the Senior Director of Gift Planning at the University of Idaho with an area of expertise in creating gift plans for alumni relations and shepherding estate gifts. She has a J.D. Law and a B.A. in Political Science.
Stephen Eschen is the Director of Estate, Trust and Gift Planning at the university of Idaho. He will be joining Sharon as her current protege.
